Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation as a content creator on UsualFans.com (“Platform”), operated by Delima LLC.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create and upload content to the Platform. By submitting your creator application, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have provided valid government-issued ID to verify your age.

2. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all original content you upload to the Platform. You grant UsualFans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content through the Platform.

3. Consent Requirements

You must obtain written consent from every person depicted in your content prior to upload. You must retain signed consent forms (see our Content Consent Form) and provide them to UsualFans upon request. Uploading content without proper consent is a material breach of this Agreement.

4. Age Verification of Depicted Persons

You are solely responsible for verifying that every person depicted in your content is at least 18 years of age. You must retain age verification documentation for each depicted person for a minimum of 5 years.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not upload:

• Any content depicting persons under 18 years of age
• Non-consensual content of any kind
• Content related to human trafficking or exploitation
• Any content that is illegal under applicable law

6. Revenue Share

UsualFans retains 15% of all revenue generated from your content as a platform fee. You receive 85% of net revenue. Payments are processed monthly for balances exceeding $50.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate your creator account immediately and without notice for:

• Uploading content involving minors
• Uploading non-consensual content
• Misrepresentation of age or identity
• Any violation of applicable law
• Any material breach of this Agreement

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UsualFans, Delima LLC, and their officers from any claims arising from your content or your breach of this Agreement.
